Refund Policy

At A.N. Jain, we aim to deliver exceptional customer service to everyone. If, however you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason, you may request a refund from us within seven (7) days after receiving of your your jewellery - no questions asked. We will process a refund contingent to the following conditions:

  • The refunded item(s) must be in its original and unworn condition.

  • All supporting certificates, tags and packaging must be in their original condition and must be returned with their jewellery.

  • The refund application must be sent within 7 days after receiving the product. For example, if you receive your jewellery on the 1st of November 2021, a refund application will not be accepted after 7th of November 2021.

Once we have received the returned products, we will go through a rigourous inspection to make sure the returned items have met the conditions mentioned above. Once our team approves the product, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Our Team will contact you through email or phone to confirm your refund. Although the refund will be completed as soon as possible, please note that processing your request could take several days, so we ask that you please be patient. 

There are two methods to receive a refund:

  • A bank transfer.

  • A credit note. (For example if you returned jewellery worth 100 rupees, you may use that full amount towards your next purchase)

Please note, we cannot initiate refunds on jewellery that has been customised, engraved or any item that has been purchased using our bespoke service, and products or certification that have been otherwise damaged to no longer fit their original state.

To request a refund, simply send us an e-mail at info@anjain.in or you may use our contact us page within seven (7) days of receiving your product. When we receive such a request from you, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

A.N. Jain reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving your refund request to clarify satisfactory conditions of the products state. Upon receipt and subject to any inspection, we will provide you with a refund of your purchase price along with any shipping fees you may have paid. 

Given that the earlier conditons are met, you may also choose to exchange the product for another item of a similar value. You will be charged for or receive store credit in case the new product exceeds or is less than the value of the exchange product. Use our Contact us page to enquire about the same.
