Exchange and Buyback Policy.
At A.N. JAIN we pride ourselves at our drive to deliver exceptional customer service. To support that drive, we are pleased to announce that A.N. JAIN is offereing a lifetime exchange and buyback service to its customers. Please read the following terms and conditions to fully understand this service. All exchange and buyback requests can be placed via email or via our contact page. Any questions or concerns can be answered by reaching out to us via the same.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 100% exchange offer with any purchase from A.N. JAIN (limited to shop only). An exchange will be processed by our team contingent to the following conditions:
The product(s) to be exchanged must be provided with an invoice number.
The product(s) must not be in a damaged condition. (Damaged conditions include, but are not limited to: missing stones or pieces, major scratches, etc. Regular wear and tear will be accepted as undamaged)
The product(s) must be returned with its original packaging and documents in their original condition.
The product(s) must be unaltered after their innitial purchase (there muct be no egravings, replacement of stones or change of metal colour)
The exchange product(s) value must be equal to or more than the value of the original purchased item(s).
A.N. JAIN reserves full rights to inspect the exchanged items before the service is processed. Please note that the value will NOT be deemed as a refund, hence the value will be retained a credit note which will be issued to to respective customer with the 100% exchange value of the product (excluding GST). Additionally, please allow 21 business days for the new items to be sent out to the customer.
Buyback Policy
We offer a lifetime buyback policy for all products sold at A.N. JAIN (limited to shop only). The policy is as follows:
We will buyback jewellery at 100% of gold value at the current market rate.
We will buy back jewellery at 75% of diamond value at the current market rate.
The service will be processed contingent to the following conditions:
The product(s) must be returned undamaged.
The product(s) must be returned with their original packaging and documents in their original condition.
The original invoice number must be provided at the time of submitting a request.
There must be no alterations to the product after its innitial purchase other than repairs.
A.N. JAIN reserves full rights to inspect the returned items before the service is processed. After approval of such a request, our team will confirm with you that we are processing your refund. Although our aim is to process your return as soon as possible, it may take some time for the return to be reflected in your account. We request you to please maintain patience. Returns may be processed via one of two ways (your decision):
A bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
A credit note.
